The magnetic stripes on visitor badges contain all the key details of the delegate. This allows exhibitors quick and hassle free recording of everything they need to know about visitors to their stands including names, company names, position and addresses.

Via the TIS SALES LEAD SYSTEM, exhibitors can download information through the terminal.

When a delegate visits a stand the exhibitor simply swipes the name badge through the terminal.

All information encoded on the visitors badge is then downloaded into the terminal - without the need of a PC. Notes can be added by a unique product code facility in each terminal and all records are date and time stamped.

The SALES LEAD TERMINAL can be customised to include product code fields qualifying the visitor such as "urgent action required". Information on the terminal can easily be transferred to exhibitor databases.
